The current rate for one
or two guests is $150 per night
with a three night minimum
If your stay is 7 nights or longer the rate is $135 per night ($945 per week)
Additional guests
are $10 per night,
No additional charge for children under 15.
Maximum capacity is 4 guests
There are approximately 12.5% in taxes added.
A cleaning fee of $85 will be added to the total before taxes
A 25% deposit is required to secure a reservation with the balance due one month in advance of arrival
